In my role, I manage quotes, progress orders, and provide both on-site and in-house maintenance services. My hands-on experience is a big asset in ensuring that I deliver high-quality service and maintain strong customer satisfaction across all aspects of my work.

Before joining AVAL, I worked as an operator at a waste management and recycling plant, which gave me valuable insight into maintaining high environmental standards and managing emissions. I also worked as a plumber, where I gained extensive knowledge in using hand tools, performing maintenance, and troubleshooting and repairing products down to their component parts.

These experiences have helped me develop strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.

I’m known for being hard-working, determined, and committed to delivering high quality work quickly and effectively, and I always strive to contribute positively to my team and the overall success of AVAL Limited.

In my personal life, I took time off before joining AVAL to travel around Southeast Asia and live in Australia for five months. This experience broadened my perspective and enhanced my adaptability.
