With over 15 years of experience in sales, project management, operations management, process management, and marketing within a FTSE 100 company, I transitioned to AVAL five years ago, bringing my extensive business acumen and strategic expertise with me.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed strong leadership and problem-solving skills, particularly in managing complex operations, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement. At AVAL, I apply these skills across a broad range of responsibilities, from new business development, marketing, and quoting to order delivery and hands-on maintenance.

My environmental degree plays a key role in helping AVAL stay compliant with legislation and in improving products to better control emissions, aligning our operations with sustainability goals. This transition has not only broadened my skill set but also keeps me challenged and engaged in delivering impactful solutions.

Outside of my professional life, I’m a passionate Newcastle United supporter and an avid cyclist. Whether cheering on the Magpies or exploring the great outdoors on two wheels, I find balance in staying active and connected to the things I love. My interests fuel my energy and creativity, both in and out of the office.
